Najah proudly serves as the Director of Education for Leaders by Choice, a nonprofit founded by her mother, dedicated to cultivating confident, creative young ARTivists through arts-based leadership training and performing opportunities. She also offers private coaching for performers and continues to collaborate on developmental workshops and festivals such as EstroGenius, FRIGID, and The Fire This Time.

In addition to her work in live theatre, Najah amplifies everyday voices through her podcast, Underrepresented Representatives, and other new media projects. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or behind the mic, Najah is committed to storytelling that builds bridges and brings visibility to underrepresented voices. Full of hijinks and fun, she is a high-spirited Muslim woman whose energy can take over a room and connect with people of all ages.
